Increase flexibility and focus by combining movement through yoga postures from the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition and meditation techniques. Great practice to become comfortable with meditation and to build a steady and consistent practice. All levels - everyone is welcome

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling  In order to make changes to your booking, i.e. cancel or reschedule, you must provide a 24-hour notice by email to tlt.movement@gmail.com before the beginning of the class. 24-hour notice also applies to any refunds. If a last-minute emergency stops you from being able to attend the class, we will offer you a chance to reschedule this class for another, suitable date.
