Take a Little Trip is an empowerment training program for self-discovery and well-being, designed to support your body, mind, and spirit. It combines yoga, meditation and counselling.

Yoga and meditation help to stabilise the mind and maintain an healthy body, while counselling offers a safe space to explore your inner world by working with emotions, thoughts, and creativity.

Together, they create a powerful synergy, supporting emotional resilience, greater clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself.
