Yoga & meditation

The word yoga means "union" — of body, breath, and mind. Yoga and meditation are not separate practices: movement prepares us for stillness, and stillness deepens our awareness in movement.

Who is this for:

You should try my classes if you:

  • Want to master body and breath awareness

  • Want to keep the body flexible and toned

  • Want to improve focus and concentration

  • Want to create new healthy habits

  • Want to learn how to meditate

Classes & Workshops

Asanas for meditation

Increase flexibility and focus by combining movement through yoga postures from the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition and meditation techniques. Great practice to become comfortable with meditation and to build a steady and consistent practice. All levels - everyone is welcome

Yoga & Meditation workshops

These immersive 90-minute sessions are designed to energise the body and deepen your meditation practice. Each workshop begins with a dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga flow followed by a longer guided meditation. Focus vary depending on the event either on the alignment and fundamentals of physical yoga or on the meditative part. After class, stay and connect with others at a relaxed social gathering!

Please note: A basic level of fitness and body awareness is recommended, as the practice can be physically demanding; modifications will be offered as needed.
