About the event

Join us for the third workshop in the Active Body, Still Mind series, crafted to energize your body and deepen your meditation practice. This session begins with a dynamic vinyasa practice to build strength and balance, setting the foundation for meditation. Next, you'll be introduced to the breath-work technique Nadi Shodhana, guiding you into deep focus and relaxation. 


* A minimum level of fitness and body awareness is recommended as the class might be physically demanding; modifications are offered during the class.


*Yoga mat provided, please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts.
