Try it after a yoga sesh! Join us for a rejuvenating workshop to replenish the body and the mind. Expect a 60- minutes powerful vinyasa flow, to strengthen and open the body followed by a guided meditation to encourage deep relaxation and inner calm.
Meditation of the month: Positive Visualization
Deeply connect with positive moments of your life for an instant dopamine boost and learn how to practice this technique at home.
* All level class. Options and adjustments will be offered to accomodate various levels. Minimum level of fitness and body awareness is recommended as the class might be physically demanding.
